Pizza 4Ps profits exceed pre-pandemic levels

Pizza 4Ps has reported after-tax profits of VND83.5 billion ($3.5 million) for last year, higher than in the pre-Covid period.

The Japanese-owned chain, which had made a loss of VND38 billion in 2021, had earnings of around VND50 billion a year in 2018 and 2019.

In a filing with the Hanoi Stock Exchange, it said its return on equity was 55%.

Its equity increased to VND150 billion last year, and its debt-to-equity ratio declined from 1.99 to 1.51.

Pizza 4Ps currently has 32 restaurants, 14 in Ho Chi Minh City, 10 in Hanoi, two in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and the rest in Da Nang, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, and Nha Trang.

Besides pizza, the company makes and sells dairy products, including cheese.
